One account. Your existing agents. A layout built for your device.
Open VcodeR in Quest Browser, connect your computer agent, and continue your work. Public alpha; the native app is not yet a self-serve download.
Product families guide development. Support for an exact glasses + phone + cable combination is confirmed after hardware testing.
No headset needed to get started. No new project to create.
Manual setup guide · Download Mac connector · Download MCP beta · Email feedback
Early limitations: host computer must stay online and awake. No cloud execution, password recovery, or guaranteed remote app previews yet. Codex imports existing chats; the MCP bridge is in beta and must be tested with each client. Quest Browser works today; native Quest APK is not self-serve yet.
Your work stays on your computer. VcodeR gives your conversations, replies, and agent activity a new place to live.
Connect your existing agent.
Open a conversation you already know.
Send a message and follow its activity.
Take the same account into Quest.
Download VcodeR on your computer. The app includes Codex and guides you through connecting your account and headset. Other agents can use the advanced MCP setup.
Codex imports existing chats. The public MCP bridge exchanges assignments with a running agent; Claude Code and Cursor CLI have passed public task and restart tests on macOS.
Remote work without surrendering visibility or control.
Connect through your VcodeR account over HTTPS.
Your agent’s permissions still apply. Review what you ask it to do.
Stop the connector to disconnect your computer.
VcodeR connects the coding agents on your computer to a workspace in your browser or Quest.
A supported computer with Git and a signed-in coding agent. The VcodeR app includes Codex on Mac, Windows and Linux. Codex is tested on Mac, Windows 11 and Ubuntu Linux. Codex CLI is the established path; a local MCP assignment-loop bridge is in beta for stdio-capable coding agents. Download VcodeR from /download and follow the app’s setup. Quest 3 and 3S can open the workspace in their browser.
No. Quest 3 and 3S use head-direction gaze. Looking focuses; a pinch or controller click confirms.
Codex CLI imports existing chats. The MCP beta lets a running local coding agent receive assignments and report results, but it must keep polling. Other agents and outside users still need independent acceptance tests.
Codex connection shares conversation history and agent activity with your VcodeR account. The MCP beta shares assigned work and reported results. Only approve a connection you started. Keep your account private.
Go to /download for the computer companion, or /install for manual agent setup. It will guide Codex setup or the MCP beta when your agent supports local stdio tools. Create a VcodeR account and approve the device in your browser. No invitation needed. This is a rough public alpha: tell us what breaks or gets in your way.
