From setup to your first reply

Your agent checks Node 22+, Git and the supported connector for your computer, then verifies the download.
- 02Approve your computer
Sign in to VcodeR in the browser your agent opens. Check the device and approve it using the same account you’ll use on Quest.
- 03Open a conversation and get a reply
Continue an imported Codex chat, or create a task in your MCP project. Send a short request and check the actual reply.
Open workspace
Not seeing your computer in the workspace?
Use the account that approved the device. Keep the connector running and the computer awake. For MCP, keep the agent’s assignment loop running too. Return to your coding agent with the visible error; the runbook includes reconnect checks.
Agent support
Mac is the default setup path. Codex coding and reconnect are also verified on Windows 11 and Ubuntu Linux. Linux activation uses a normal terminal. Claude Code and Cursor CLI are verified on macOS.
Send tasks to a Git project through a running agent. Existing MCP chats aren’t imported. Keep its assignment loop running; check the runbook for your client’s support.
